ALL CURRENT AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PREVENTION OF THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS SARS-CoV-2 CAN BE EASILY FOUND IN ANNOUNCEMENTS
In accordance to the Ordinance No 61 (of 19 July 2020) of the Rector of the Jagiellonian University, JU employees, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students are allowed to travel abroad solely for the purpose of conducting scientific research. The visits of foreign guests to the Jagiellonian University are also reinstated with the observance of current sanitary regulations.
In accordance to the Ordinance No 46 (of 12th May 2020) of the Rector of the Jagiellonian University all business travels abroad for purposes other than conducting scientific research are suspended until 30 September 2020.
JU IRO informs that we are back to the on-campus work from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Since we work on a rotating basis, we kindly ask you to make an appointment in advance. If possible, please submit all documents via internal (University) post or traditional one.
As at the Jagiellonian University, the health and safety of our visitors as well as our staff remains our top priority, those who visit the JU IRO are asked to respect the safety rules all the time and to use the personal protective measures (i.e. face masks and hands covering).
