E-mail is a valid mechanism for official communication within the Jagiellonian University. An offcial University e-mail account is the one which the address ends with @uj.edu.pl 

In order to ensure the security of personal data, identity verification and in accordance with adopted regulations, including General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we kindly ask you to indicate the official Univiersity e-mail account in the mobility application forms and all documents submitted to IRO.
