Travelling abroad – recommendations of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs as of 15 October 2020

After consulting the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate in Poland, due to worsening epidemiological situation of COVID-19 all over the world and increasing number of SARS-CoV-2 infections as well as COVID-19 morbidity rate, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs urges to avoid all international travels that shall not be absolutely essential.

Those who decide to take up an international travel should be aware of circumstances such as possible travel difficulties while returning to Poland, air traffic restrictions, including imposing a mandatory quarantine after arrival or performing additional medical examinations commissioned by local authorities.
