Following the announcement of the Małopolska Provincial Office in Krakow, we kindly inform you that the special provisions for foreigners introduced in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic will be repealed on 24 August 2023. The provisions include extension by law of the periods of validity of documents (such as visas, residence cards, etc.) ensuring legal residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland. For foreigners who intend to continue their stay in Poland after 24 August 2023, and who have taken advantage of the above special provisions, it is highly recommended to get acquainted with the announcement of the Office for Foreigners and to contact the Małopolska Provincial Office in Krakow in order to ensure their further legal residence on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
