NAWA (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange) has opened a call for applications to the international scholarships within  Exchange programme for students and scientists as part of bilateral cooperation.

The deadline for submitting the applications to the Agency electronically via the Agency’s ICT system 31 January 2024, 15:00 CET (this does not apply to Japan, to which deadline is 31 March 2024). 

One of the mandatory documents is a letter from the university supporting the Applicant’s participation in the Programme. If you are interested in applying for NAWA Programme, please submit to JU IRO (ul. Czapskich 4, pok. 26) or via email up to 30 January 2024 the following documents: 

ACADEMIC TEACHERS AND RESEARCH WORKERS, DOCTORAL STUDENTS:

• Completed application printed out the Agency’s ICT system - signed by the Head of the Unit (Director of the Institute and/or Dean of the Faculty, Director of the Doctoral School)
• Completed letter from the University supporting the Applicant’s participation in the Programme – scientist version
• Confirmation of PhD student status (only PhD students)

STUDENTS:

• Completed application printed out the Agency’s ICT system – it must be signed by the Head of the Unit (Director of the Institute and/or Dean of the Faculty)
• Completed letter from the University supporting the Applicant’s participation in the Programme – student version
• a certificate of the weighted average of grades obtained by the candidate during last year of study
