Bilateral exchange - incoming

After receiving a nomination of candidates, along with their working programmes, from a partner university the JU IRO sends requests for acceptance to particular JU units.

The receiving JU units are obliged to assign tutors as well as make programmes of visits and reserve accommodation for their guests.

The JU IRO deals with the subsistence expenses (accommodation and per diem).

Subsistence allowance rates (per diem):

Staff/doctoral students:

  • per diem – 100 PLN a day
  •  

Doctoral students coming within bilateral exchange from Indiana University Bloomington, IN, USA – 2,500 PLN per month (per diem and accommodation).

The participants of exchange are obliged to have their health and accident insurance.

The participants of exchange receive their allowances directly in every branch of Bank PEKAO S.A. on the basis of their passports or ID cards (EU citizens).
