Financing Rules:

A financial agreement will be concluded with each staff member qualified for mobility under the EDUCATION Programme. The staff member, after accepting all the terms of the contract, will be paid a subsidy for the cost of living for max. 5 days of mobility in the amount of EUR 250/day and a contribution to travel costs in the amount of EUR 275 (travel to Norway) or EUR 360 (travel to Iceland).

Only days of actual stay at a foreign university are financed (minimum 1 day, maximum 5 working days), without travel days. In the case of shortening the stay at the partner university, the amount of co-financing will be reduced.

Additional funding:

Each staff member qualified for mobility receives financial support in the amount of EUR 150 to cover the costs related to language preparation (eg participation in language courses, individual tutoring, purchase of language books, etc.).

Depending on the specific Mobility Project under Component II - Mobility in Higher Education of the Education Programme, it is possible to obtain additional funds to support participants with special needs. Persons wishing to apply for additional funding due to disability are asked to contact the International Relations Office.
