JU IRO kindly reminds that according to internal university regulations, every person coming to the Jagiellonian University from abroad should be registered in the Central Register of International Visitors.

The obligation to register applies to all foreign visitors coming to the Jagiellonian University as either project researchers, guest scientists, visiting professors, lecturers, training participants, individual guests of JU units or for other purposes, except for conference guests, students, doctoral students, several-day visits of non-academic delegations and foreign employees employed at JU on the basis of an employment contract.

International Visitor Registration Form is filled out by the foreign visitor coming to the Jagiellonian University. If the foreign visitor does not register himself/herself, the registration must be completed by an employee of the JU unit receiving foreign visitors.
